Daniel M. Katzner, Esq.
Daniel M. Katzner opened his law firm in the Bronx in March, 2005, after graduating cum laude from the Fordham University School of Law. Rather than taking a position with a large firm in Manhattan, Daniel decided to pursue his career by opening his own practice on Longwood Avenue in the South Bronx, where his family has lived and worked for over 50 years. He did this in order to try and provide excellent and affordable legal services to a community where few attorneys practice and good legal advice has often been difficult to find.
During his career, Daniel M. Katzner has represented both individuals and small and medium sized businesses in a variety of legal matters throughout New York City. While specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings, Daniel has also represented clients in both civil and commercial litigation, estate planning, probate proceedings, matrimonial disputes and business formations. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State Courts, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He has successfully completed the Certified Public Accounting exam with a degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and has extensive experience in tax issues and the various aspects of bankruptcy law.
Daniel M. Katzner, Esq. is also a member in good standing of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys
